Emerald City Fashion Week presents Jazmin Whitley, designer of the Li Cari line from Los Angeles

Details: At 17, Jazmin Whitley launched her label "Li Cari" during Los Angeles Fashion Week 2006. At 21 Jazmin Whitley is a world renowned designer who is helping and supporting local designers boutiques. Whitley has been featured in W Magazine, Seventeen, Teen Vogue, among others.
